Rule for the selection of a residence.
The Master said, "It is virtuous manners which constitute the excellence of a
neighborhood. If a man in selecting a residence, do not fix on one where such
prevail, how can he be wise?"

Sekolah-sekolah, kampung, desa, kota, kabupaten, propinsi hingga negara yang telah
hidup berdampingan dengan damai menjadikan kehidupan bertetangga mereka indah
sekali.
Sebagian dari sekolah-sekolah, kampung, desa, kota, kabupaten, propinsi hingga
negara yang masih terlibat perselisihan, perseteruan, kerusuhan bahkan
pertempuran. Mereka-mereka yang menjadi pemicu perselisihan, perseteruan,
kerusuhan bahkan pertempuran antar warga adalah orang-orang yang tidak
memelihara damai dan tidak akan pernah dapat mengerti manfaat hidup atas dasar
damai.

the man be considered wise who, when he has the choice, does not settle in
benevolence?'
